Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom, personalized, or special-order products. Please contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.

How to start a return

Email us at support@lalannadesign.com to request a return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions. Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@lalannadesign.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless the item is defective or we made an error). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
