Others are chosen from Northern Thailand’s master workshops because they already belong to that line. Either way, the work stays close to the hand that makes it: Karen silver, Hmong cloth, lacquer, and the slower arts that still ask for time.

Pre-order pieces, such as Lanna furniture and spirit houses, are made to order and ship directly from our artisan workshop in Thailand. International shipping is free and Delivered Duty Paid: import VAT and customs duties are already included, so nothing is due on arrival. Details are on each product page.
Satisfied or refunded
We want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.
Email support@lalannadesign.com to start a return; we will send a label and instructions. You pay return shipping (we cover it if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect). Item price is refunded to your original payment method; original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault.
