Shipping policy

At Lalanna Design, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces quickly, securely, and with the utmost care. Below you’ll find our current shipping details for Switzerland and our special pre-order international option.

Shipping within Switzerland

We partner with Swiss Post for reliable delivery across the entire country.

• Standard shipping fee: CHF 7.70 per shipment (flat rate, independent of weight or size)
• Free shipping: On all orders over CHF 100 (calculated before taxes, duties, and discounts)

Processing & Delivery Timeframes within Switzerland

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout:

• Orders received on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays) are typically prepared and handed over to Swiss Post within 1 working day
• Once dispatched, PostPac Economy deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday)

We work diligently to meet these timelines, but occasional delays can occur due to peak periods, carrier volume, or events beyond our control.

Pre-Order Items

Certain items are offered as pre-orders and ship directly from our artisan workshop in Thailand. These feature:

• Free shipping from Thailand (no additional charge regardless of order value)
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after order processing begins (exact timing shown on the product page)

Pre-order shipping terms are displayed prominently on each relevant product page.

Order Tracking Once your parcel is handed over to the carrier:

• You will receive an email from us including your order summary and tracking number
• Track your shipment in real time via the Swiss Post website or app (for domestic orders) or the provided carrier link (for pre-orders)

If you have questions about your tracking status, please reach out, we’re happy to assist.

Upon Delivery – Please Inspect Your Order

We kindly ask you to check your parcel promptly on arrival:

• Confirm all items are included as ordered
• Inspect for any visible damage or discrepancies

Should anything be missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact us immediately at support@lalannadesign.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will handle the matter quickly and fairly.

International Shipping (Current Status)

We are actively working to expand direct international shipping options. Coming soon!

In the meantime, our pre-order items (noted above) offer free international shipping from Thailand.

Important Notes for International Pre-Orders

As a buyer, you are responsible for any applicable:

• Import VAT (calculated on the total value + possible handling fees)
• Customs duties (typically 0% or very low for these categories)

These charges, if any, are collected by the carrier upon arrival and are not included in your order total or our shipping fee.
