We want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.
Email support@lalannadesign.com to start a return; we will send a label and instructions. You pay return shipping (we cover it if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect). Item price is refunded to your original payment method; original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault.
